Dear Bayside Landing Residents,

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the previous janitorial company sending keys to management for the doggy stations, which unfortunately, caused the stations to run out of bags as they could not be filled.

This was rectified yesterday afternoon, and the new janitorial vendor has installed the bags today and will continue to check them each visit to ensure they remain filled.

Additionally, the dog waste containers will also be emptied each visit.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Dear Bayside Landing Residents,

On Thursday, September 21, 2023, beginning at 8am to 4pm, the Association’s landscape vendor will conduct tree trimming throughout the community.

Trees to be trimmed are as follows:

• 26 @ Fan Palms (trim and remove seed pods)

• 39 @ Large Melaleucas (crown reduction)

• 2 @ Large Agonis (crown reduction)

• 14 @ Medium Arbutus (crown reduction)

• 8 @ Queen Palms (trim, remove seed pods and loose petioles)

Please use caution when walking/driving throughout the community as the crew will be working. Please note that noise may be heard while the tree trimming is conducted.

Dear Bayside Landing Residents,

Unfortunately, quorum was not met for tonight’s meeting. Due to no quorum, the meeting was rescheduled to Tuesday, October 10, 2023, with our regular scheduled meeting date.

I will be onsite today at the pool at approximately 5pm to retrieve any ballots that were to be submitted today. Please ensure they are sealed and signed to be valid.
