Manager’s Messages

Please be reminded that all refuse containers may only be placed out for collection as early as 6:00 PM on Wednesdays.

Additionally, all containers must be returned to their original location no later than 6:00pm on trash collection day.

Please note that containers left out before/after collection are in violation of the Association’s rules. Thank you!

Management was informed that the Spa was not heating and the jets were not working. Upon inspection from the Pool vendor, he found that the Emergency Stop button was pressed.

As a reminder, the Emergency Stop button is for emergencies only. Please ensure that children do not play with the button.

In the event the spa is not working, and no “out of service” notice was sent by Management, please check the Emergency Stop button by pulling the button. Please notify Management if the issue continues. Thank you!
