Garage Door Policy

At the November 7, 2024, Board of Directors Meeting, the Board voted to make a change to the current procedure for garage door violations as the majority of garage door violations are for cleanliness or painting.
Please visit the Resident Portal to review the official notice for additional information, however the procedure change is noted below:
Effective Immediately: All garage doors will be reviewed for cleanliness twice a year beginning on January 15, 2025,and then again on July 15, 2025. Please take the necessary steps to ensure that your garage doors are all cleaned by the deadlines. Any garage doors that aren’t considered clean and maintained on January 15, will be notified and a re-inspection scheduled the following month for those units. Failure to clean after the reinspection will start the hearing process.
Lastly, please note that units may still be subject to violations.
