Storm Preparation
Posted By jseaton on October 25, 2023
Dear Bayside Landing Residents,
As you may be aware, a tropical storm is expected to reach San Diego this weekend with winds reported to reach up to 50mph and heavy rain & flooding is also expected.
As a precaution, residents should take this time to remove or secure any umbrellas, tables, cushions, plants and other items that could fly from your balcony, patio or deck. During lesser storms, we have witnessed objects fly off from balconies. These flying objects can potentially pose a serious risk to life and property especially during these type of events.
Units that have previously experienced flooding are recommended to place sandbags near the areas of concern.
Lastly, Management has requested that the Association’s Maintenance Tech, remove and store the pool umbrellas and remove all of the pool cushions from the pool area for the weekend.
If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Management at jseaton@actionlife.com.
For all urgent work orders or emergencies, please contact Community Care by phone at 800-400-2284 as Management is unable to assist via email over the weekend.
Thank you in advance for understanding and cooperation.
Best Regards,
