Drain Inspections

Beginning on Tuesday, June 20th thru June 22nd, the Association’s Landscape vendor, Benchmark, will be onsite to begin locating and confirming the onsite drainage to ensure the Association can begin the next phase of the ongoing Reconstruction project.

The following items are expected upon the commencement of this phase:

• Plants/landscaping may be removed throughout the community (location currently unknown);
• Digging may be required in certain areas (location currently unknown);
• Flags will be left in locations throughout the community. Please ensure that the flags are not removed or damaged (location currently unknown);
• Dirt piles may be left in the community however, the vendor will try their best to rake in the dirt as much as possible.
• Noise may be heard during the duration of this project.
