Vendor & Staff Reminders

Management would like to remind all residents that should there be any concerns regarding landscaping, janitorial, building maintenance and so forth, please do not provide instruction/direction to the vendors.
All requests are to be directed to Management via email or can be emailed directly to Community Care. Management has received inappropriate comments towards vendors and vendors have expressed concerns of receiving contradicting directions/instructions from Management/Board/Committees and residents.
All vendors have been instructed to proceed with Management/Board provided direction only.
