Vehicle Registration & Parking Reminders

Management would like to remind all Owners and Tenants that residents may not utilize the guest parking spaces at any time per the Association’s Governing Documents.

Furthermore, Management will follow the Association’s Enforcement Policy for any resident found to be parking in the ten (10) open spaces as the Association’s Governing Documents do not allow for residents and guests to utilize these spaces.

Lastly, Residents cannot utilize their guest permits for resident vehicles. Upon review of the permits released, numerous owner/resident vehicles were noted to have utilized permits. Per the Association’s Governing Documents, these residents are in violation. Thank you!
