Common Area Reminders

Management has created a list of Common Area reminders. Please see below.
- No glass of any kind is permitted at the pool deck. If glass shatters, the pool and spa must be drained, cleaned and refilled at the homeowners expense.
- Pets are not allowed on the pool deck at any time.
- Children must be supervised if utilizing the tot lot or at the pool deck.
- Pool deck hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
- The Emergency shut off button (red box near the spa) is for emergency use only. To start/stop the jets in spa, please utilize the button to the right of the emergency shut off button.
- Please do not utilize soap in the pool/spa. This has been the source of the recent spa closures.
- Short Term Rental guests are not permitted to utilize the Association’s amenities without the Owner of the unit present.
- All pets must be leashed and supervised when walking throughout the community.
- Pets cannot be left unattended on patios/balconies for any period of time.
- All pet owners must clean up after their pets. Doggy stations are located throughout the property. Please utilize these stations to dispose of doggy bags. Do not leave these outside of your unit for any period of time.
- During the recent property inspection, towels and wet suits were observed throughout the community on resident balcony/patio rails. This is not permitted and will result in a courtesy/violation letter being sent to the unit.
- Fire lane parking is a cause for immediate tow at any time. Storage pods must be parked in a guest space. If you utilize a guest space for a storage pod, please contact Management via email at jseaton@actionlife.com.
