New Parking Enforcement

The Board is pleased to announce that Bayside Landing will be implementing a new parking permit program to help improve the overall resident parking experience. Bayside Landing has partnered with Reliant Parking and Parking Squad to streamline our guest parking program and provide some great new features like a Resident APP. The goal is to have the new instant guest permits program in place by April 6th, 2022–ordering is easy through the Reliant Parking Resident APP for Android and iPhone or online at ReliantParking.com.
Residents will now have the ability to order instant visitor permits through the APP 24/7. Guest permits will only be required after 10PM until 6AM. Each household will have access to eight overnight guest permits good for 24 hours each month. Instant Guest permits are vehicle-specific and are not interchangeable. Please note that a permit is not a guarantee of a space, as visitor parking is first come first serve. A good best practice is to have your guest park first and then order your guest permit.
Each Owner will be responsible to communicate the new program rules and procedures to their tenants. Short Term Rental units will not be able to register short term tenants.
Reliant Parking will be emailing you information regarding the setup of Resident Parking accounts. Owners will receive an announcement letter and your unique access code to get started.
