The Bayside Landing Board of Directors have created a brief summary of key rules for all incoming guests. This document is available for download, via the Resident Portal.

Upon Management receiving a lease for a new tenant turnovers, the Rules and Regulations will be sent, along with this summary, however it is very imperative that Owners who are leasing out their units also share this guide and the Rules and Regulations.

Management received confirmation that the Spa Pump has been repaired and is now functioning properly.

We apologize for the inconvenience and the delay in repairing and thank you for your patience while the repair was approved and completed.

As you may be aware, the Board has been reviewing a proposal for sand blasting and caulking of the pool deck provided by Cornerstone Managing Partners for the last couple of months. The Board has now approved the sandblasting project scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Please note, this work will create dust, and noise is anticipated between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, weather permitting.

While we anticipate the work will be completed in two (2) weeks, we have allotted three (3) weeks for the project.

The pool area, including the restrooms, spa, tables/chairs and barbeque grills will not be available throughout the duration of the Project.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while the work is completed.

Thank you to all homeowners who voted and joined the meeting! We were able to meet quorum and proceed with the meeting.

At this time, Management would like to thank Seth Allen and Jessica Vanderhoof for their volunteer time and commitment as part of the Bayside Landing Board of Directors! It has been a great experience working alongside you both while on the Board! Your time and dedication to the community is very appreciated!
